Frequently Asked Questions

We've tried to make the creation process as simple as possible, just click the "Create My Case" button on the home page and use the tool to create your case. We've provided some detailed instructions below to help if you get stuck.

1. Got to the home page.
2. Click the "Create My Case" Button.
3. Choose your case model from the selection presented.
4. Click the Upload an image link from the first step on the left.
5. In the Upload Images window:
   1. Click the Browse button.
   2. Find and select the image on you computer that you want to put on the case (usually in My Documents - My Pictures, once selected you may need to clik the open button to confirm your selection).
   3. Your image will appear in the table, when the status says Ready to upload, click the Upload button.
   4. When your image(s) are uploaded a message will pop up, click OK.
6. Your uploaded images will appear in My Images list on the right, if your image is not automatically applied to the case, click the Apply to Case button next to your image.
7. Click on the case in the middle of the screen and whilst holding the mouse down drag your image around to position it how you like.
8. Use the scale and rotate sliders on the left to adjust the image. Just drag the circle marker left and right on the slider lines, or type your own value in the text boxes.
   Don't forget you can move the image on the case after scaling and rotating to get it how you want.
9. Once you have your case designed, click the "Add to Cart" button.
10. You will be prompted to login or register if you are not already logged in. Fill in the register form on the right and click the Register button (unless you already have an account where you would use the left form).
11. Provide a name for your design and click save.
12. Click the Checkout button and provide your billing and delivery details as requested on the subsequent pages.

The dotted box around the case in the design tool is the print area. You should make sure that your image fills that entire area to ensure your design covers your case completely when printed. If you decide to purchase a design that does not fill the print area then we can't guarantee your design will cover the case completely and you may have unprinted areas.

Your custom design is printed onto the case using patented 3D printing technology that embeds the image into the case. This ensures that the design will not rub off and is scratch resistent. There is laminate that will peel/flake off ensuring a high quality finish that will remain.

The case is made of polycarbonate so it is felxible enough to clip onto your device but strong enough to protect it from scrapes and knocks.

It can take up to 10 days to make your unique case. We will email you when as soon as it's shipped.

We try to ensure the case will look as closely as possible to the design you create on screen. However, there may be small differences in the position of your design on the case and the colours printed to those on screen.

Every case (optionally) comes with i-TRAK FREE for the life of the case. i-TRAK is a lost & found service to help your protected device get back to you in the event you lose it. Click here for more information.

The exact method varies slightly from model to model, but basically the case is designed to be clipped onto the back of your device. Gently push your device into the case until it clips on, sometimes it is easier to insert your device at an angle into one side of the case first and then gently push down so the other side clips round.

The custom case adds a little bit of thickness to the BlackBerry device, but will still normally fit in the BlackBerry supplied slip case which have elasticated sides. Please note that it will slightly stretch the elastic and the BlackBerry slip case may no longer snuggly fit the BlackBerry without the custom case attached.

Please contact us using the Contact Us form, within 30 days of dispatch, making sure to include your email address, order number and reason for return. If the product is faulty we will replace it with another of the same design.
